- Shipping costs for all items, art and vintage finds, are covered by Artful Acquistions.
- Multiple orders may be packed together if so desired, except for oil paintings, which will be shipped separately.
In store pickup
- If you’re local, in-store pickup is between 8:00 am and 12:00pm.
- I will send you an email when you’re package is ready for pick-up.
- I will alert you via email, phone or SMS (message) if something comes up and have to reschedule.

- There are no local deliveries
- If you wish for me to store your item for later pick-up, I can accomodate at this time.
Where we ship
- We ship domestically.
- We ship internationally (also free!)
- We DO NOT ship to P.O. boxes.
- I do not ship to the following countries: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Siera Leone, Palestinian Territories, South Sudan, Myanmar, and Crimea/Ukrain
- Quality of postal services or customs of each country/region may vary.
When to expect your order
- In most cases, I will ship out the same day- or within 24 hours once your order is received.
- Our domestic shipping (First Class) will take between 3 – 5 business days (Monday through Friday) to arrive.
- International shipping (First Class) may take up to 1 – 4 weeks delivery time, not counting any customs processing times per country.
- I follow US, MST (Denver) for time zone.
- If vacations affect shipping/delivery times, I will notify you when order is received.
Once the order is received
- I will send an email acknowledging that it was received
- I will pack your order within 24 hours that it was placed, except if received on weekends or holidays, in which case it will be packed that following business day.
- You will be emailed a receipt with tracking information on it, so you can track your package
